Catherine’s favorite consultation model starts by observing the target classrooms at the beginning of the week, and listening to the teachers questions and concerns. Next, she creates a full-day training for teachers and administration, responding directly to the individual needs of the program, and finally returns to present this training at the end of the week.Find out more »
